🚀 Consultant – Odoo Projects

📍 Gloucester (Hybrid Working) | 💼 Part PM • Part Analyst

📅 Full-Time or Flexible | 🧠 Curious Minds Welcome

Are you the kind of person who likes to figure things out, make things better, and get things done? Do you love the variety of working on different challenges every day—from chatting with clients, to mapping out processes, to building clever solutions?

We're Commercial Intuition, a small, friendly team based in Gloucester, and we're on the lookout for a multi-talented Consultant to help us deliver and support projects on Odoo, the open-source business platform we use for its flexibility and scope.

🧩 About the Role

This role is deliberately mixed—it’s part project manager, part business analyst, and part developer. You’ll be:

  • Working directly with clients to understand their needs and processes
  • Scoping and shaping Odoo solutions that actually make sense
  • Managing delivery of projects, sometimes solo, sometimes with others
  • Configuring and customising Odoo (including light coding and integrations)
  • Solving problems, testing ideas, and constantly improving what we do

We don’t expect you to be an expert in everything already—just bring curiosity, a willingness to learn, and a good nose for making things work.

🤝 About You

You're analytical, great with people, and have the ability to see solutions. You're super comfortable with technology and might even have played around with programming of some kind.

Either way, ideally you’ll need:

  • A decent grasp of business processes (sales, CRM, projects, finance, etc.)
  • Experience with Business systems (especially Odoo or other ERP/CRM systems)
  • Some tech ability—Python, APIs, or just logic and a willingness to learn.
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative approach
  • A sense of humour and a get-stuck-in attitude

🌍 Why Work With Us?

  • We’re small, agile, and value autonomy
  • We work on interesting stuff with public and private sector clients
  • We believe in balance—flexible hours, remote options, no nonsense
  • We support your growth, ideas, and progression

Oh, and we’re pretty fun to work with too. Gloucester-based, but we often work from home, cafes, or wherever makes sense.
