Steve Causon

Principal Consultant 

Steve is a seasoned Project and Programme Manager with extensive experience delivering high-value, complex initiatives across government and private sector organisations. His expertise spans Agile delivery, governance, and business change in high-stakes environments, including Defence, IT, and Cybersecurity. 

Pete Dodd

Principal Consultant

Pete has over 30 years of experience with private and public sector client assignments and roles across the UK and worldwide. Self-motivated, resilient, pragmatic and experienced, with strong facilitation, communication and leadership skills.  

Brandon Robertson

Head of Consulting

Through a combination of academia, work as a lecturer and direct project experience; Brandon has a depth of knowledge from Organisational Change and Culture Change, through Business Management and Entrepreneurship, to Aerospace Engineering and Design. 

Keelie Walker

Junior Consultant

Keelie has led a number of technical implementations, with skills in Business Change and delivery of Technical Training. She is dedicated to coordinating strong delivery on technical projects and tailoring training plans based on client needs.

Lauren Hebbron
